The 2012 Olympic mascot Wenlock, and Paralympic mascot Mandeville were unveiled London this week. Named after towns in England, each of the pair was said to have been created from two drops of steel from the Olympic Stadium. The one-eyed creatures even have their own website, and individual Twitter (@iamwenlock & @iammandeville) and Facebook pages—of course.
